Returns & Exchange Policy 

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of your unworn pieces.

  • Please note that engravable pieces and welded bracelets are non-refundable as they’re personalised and bespoke to you.
  • Earrings are also non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
  • 28 days to request a refund.
  • We do not cover the cost of postage to return to us. Your return does not have to be tracked or insured. Standard shipping is sufficient. However, please note that we are not liable for any lost parcels.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.
  • If an item is faulty, you can return it for a refund within 28 days. An item is considered faulty if it’s not fit for purpose.
  • Please be aware that refunds must be processed through the same payment method it was purchased.

How do I return a gift?

Please contact us with an order number and photo to return your gift. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund, but we can issue a gift card of equivalent value for you to spend on our beautiful pieces.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Our customer service team will be doing their best to process a refund as soon as possible. This can take up to 3 days. However, please note that they’re unavailable during weekends and public holidays. And may take longer during busier periods. Once processed, refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on your account depending on which bank you are with.
