What forms of payments do you accept at your stores?

We can accept credit/debit card, apple pay, google pay and cash payments.

We do not accept cheques.

How long does it take to engrave a piece of jewellery in-store?

It generally takes 10- 15 minutes per item. However, it depends on how busy the store is so this may vary.

Can I opt for gift packaging when shopping in-store?

Yes! All our gifting options are available in store too.

Can I return/exchange an online order at one of your physical stores?

Yes! Online orders can be returned or exchanged in any of our stores, provided the item is eligible for return and is within our 14-day returns period.

For online orders returned in store, any refund will be processed directly back to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please ensure you have your order number with you so our store team can locate your purchase and assist with your return or exchange.

Can I buy, and pick up in-store?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a click and collect service at this time. However, we are hopeful that we will soon.

Can I apply to work at one of your stores?

Yes! We’re always delighted to hear from people interested in joining the Dylan Oaks team.

All of our current in-store vacancies and applications are managed through Indeed.com. We recommend checking our Indeed page regularly, where you can view available roles and submit your application and CV directly.
